Credit card donations may be made from anywhere in the world. Instead of GroundSpring, you may if you prefer donate to AIM for Seva via Network for Good (GuideStar):

To make a donation by check, address your check or demand draft to 'AIM for Seva' and send to either the India or United States offices. Send donation checks in Indian rupees to the India office, and donation checks in U.S. Dollars to the U.S. office.

AIM for Seva is a registered Non-profit Charitable Trust. All contributions are exempt from tax under Section 80(G) of the Indian Income Tax Act and Section 501(C)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code. AIM for Seva is also registered under the Foreign Contributions Regulation Act (FCRA) and is permitted to receive contributions from abroad in foreign currency.
