Project Details & Achievements
- Girls who have passed VII in other chatralayas, are sent here for further education. Here we ensure the girls grow up to be emotionally and intellectually mature, responsible persons.
- The grown up girls, are able to not only to look after themselves, but also lend a helping hand in the running of the Chatralaya. This includes the beautiful kitchen garden maintained by them.
- Sports are given equal importance as academics. All round development of the child is very important. They are trained in athletics and field games like volley ball, kho-kho, etc.
- The girls are very competent in cultural activities like singing and rangoli as well.
- The chatralaya is run by Swami Chidrupanandaji. The warden of this chatralaya is Chinnamma and she has been serving this home for the past 8 years.
