Located 11 kms in the west from the district headquarters Washim and 532 kms from the state capital Mumbai, Nagthana, a village in the Washim District of Mahrashtra has a literacy rate of 81.7% according to the census of 2011 by the Government of India. Washim is spread across an area of 5150 square kms where Nagthana village finds place in the Vidarbha region. This reveals the interest of the villagers to educate the children. A free student hostel closer to their school thus, would be of benefit for the children. Our new building is in progress after a grand bhoomi pooja.
